Accurate repair documentation, adherence to dealership policies, and ongoing technical training support the department’s service work.

What you'll do

• Examine and diagnose vehicles
• coordinate repair plans with the shop foreman
• communicate additional service needs and labor estimates to service advisors
• monitor repair progress
• document client repairs
• follow vehicle-care and regulatory policies
• mentor technician trainees
• attend company and factory training.
