What you'll do

• Set up, update, and maintain customer accounts
• manage internal mailboxes, data transfers, onboarding requests, and sales order information
• research data discrepancies and out-of-production cases
• document findings and educate customers on data integrity requirements
• route sales leads, coordinate customer preferences, create shipping placards, and provide general administrative and reception support.
