Salary is $70,720 per year. The role provides leadership and oversight for Harry Meyering Center’s assigned Community Residential Services locations. The director ensures person-centered services and regulatory compliance while supporting staff development and program operations. Through oversight of staffing, budgets, service outcomes, quality assurance, and individual rights, the role helps maintain safe, continuous services and community inclusion for people supported.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee assigned residential programs
• ensure person-centered services and compliance with regulations and licensing requirements
• maintain relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, case managers, and community partners
• support quality assurance, investigations, corrective actions, and audits
• supervise and develop direct support leadership staff
• monitor operations, staffing, budgets, and outcomes
• support admissions, discharges, benefits coordination, and health and safety
• promote individual rights, community inclusion, and active treatment
• respond to emerging program and staffing needs.
