What you'll do

• Manage inbound and outbound communications with patients, prescriber offices, and third-party providers
• clarify medical and pharmacy coverage and benefits
• follow up on complex insurance rejections
• initiate, review, submit, track, and follow up on prior authorizations, appeals, and medical tier exceptions
• coordinate enrollment in manufacturer-sponsored assistance and other financial support programs
• ensure documentation is accurate and processed timely.
