Project Manager — Restoration

The project manager directs multiple restoration claims and jobs from start to completion, coordinating crews, schedules, inspections, documentation, and customer communication. The role helps ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with client and company requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage jobs from start to completion
• identify resources and meet deadlines
• adjust schedules and reassign personnel
• obtain structural samples for asbestos, mold, or lead testing when needed
• prepare work orders
• inspect jobs and recommend further work
• review documentation and support timely invoicing
• communicate with adjusters, customers, coworkers, and contractors
• assist with bids and visit loss sites.
