What you'll do
- Provide personal care, including grooming, bathing, dressing, and oral care
- change bed linen
- assist with ambulation, transfers, turning, and positioning
- record vital signs, weights, intake and output, and food consumption as assigned
- report condition changes to the Charge Nurse
- contribute information for MDS completion and care plans
- assist with hydration and meals
- answer call lights
- help orient and train staff as requested.
