What you'll do

• Prep, mix, and cook vegetables, proteins, and grains using recipes
• gain exposure to kitchen stations including garde manger, grill, roast, market line, guest concierge, and delivery/packout
• explain menu offerings, seasonality, and ingredients to guests
• support the team during service
• follow Department of Health and DIG food safety standards.
