What you'll do

• Direct daily CSP workflow and staff assignments
• perform sterile processing functions as needed
• review surgical schedules and identify instrument needs
• coordinate loaner and vendor instrumentation
• guide staff on instrumentation and reprocessing
• ensure equipment testing, monitoring, and documentation
• monitor compliance with policies and infection-prevention requirements
• track instrument condition and inventory
• coach staff and coordinate training, competency, and coverage
• conduct or coordinate audits and address quality events.
