What you'll do

• Respond to internet inquiries by email, phone, text, and CRM tools
• follow up with prospects and schedule appointments
• learn vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and inventory
• manage leads and customer records in digital platforms
• guide customers through virtual or in-person test drives, vehicle selection, and purchase
• coordinate with sales managers, finance, and lot merchandisers
• work toward monthly sales and appointment goals
• stay informed about manufacturer programs, promotions, and competing models.
