Maintenance Associate — Facilities and Operations

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems
• respond to work orders and diagnose or repair issues across carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical
• conduct safety inspections and escalate concerns requiring licensed contractors
• assist with third-party contractor coordination
• maintain tools, parts, and supplies
• log maintenance activities, work orders, and inspection results
• respond to on-call emergency maintenance situations as needed
• identify operational, energy-efficiency, and workflow improvements.
