• Research and resolve outstanding balances and denied or delayed claims
• review denial reports and manage write-off approvals
• handle revenue-cycle intake and order escalations
• review Medicare appeals prepared by the billing company and provide guidance when needed
• contact patients for updated information and coordinate billing resolutions
• identify revenue-cycle process improvements.
