What you'll do

• Greet patients and provide customer service
• answer and route calls
• schedule, confirm, reschedule, and document appointments
• register patients and verify demographics and insurance
• offer and process sliding-fee applications
• collect and reconcile payments
• scan and maintain patient records in the EHR
• coordinate patient flow with clinical staff
• assist with billing questions and maintain front-desk areas. Travel to other CCHS locations for coverage is required as needed.
