What you'll do

• Answer customer inquiries
• process payments, claim reports, certificates, binders, and Tier 1 policy changes
• assist agents with quotes, new business, appointments, and cross-selling
• maintain county records, accounting, deposits, and membership data
• support meetings and office operations.
