What you'll do

• Supervise cashiers and sales-floor team members
• support sales-floor, cashier, and administrative functions
• verify and document cash counts, deposits, drops, petty cash, discounts, refunds, credits, and audit balancing
• address customer questions and concerns
• maintain company records
• coach and address performance concerns
• support store opening and serve as key holder.
