Primary Care Physician (Chicagoland)

Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics, oversee and administer primary care, prescribe medication, maintain patient electronic medical records, collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality goals, and work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
