What you'll do

• Partner with HR and plant leaders on workforce priorities, staffing models, production forecasts, and business goals
• support headcount planning, overtime, attendance, and labor costs
• conduct complex investigations and coach managers on performance and corrective actions
• support leadership development, succession planning, training, talent acquisition, engagement, and retention
• partner with EHS on safety and compliance
• support organizational change
• contribute to compensation recommendations and HR metrics
• travel approximately 20% based on business needs.
