• Lead transportation design projects through delivery
• oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and performance
• serve as a primary contact for UDOT and municipal clients
• coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide technical oversight
• ensure compliance with agency standards and project requirements
• support client relationships, proposals, business development, strategic growth, and staff mentoring.
