What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
• support meals, hydration, and snacks
• observe, document, and report changes in physical, emotional, or cognitive condition
• respond to resident needs and call lights
• encourage social interaction
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• follow infection-control procedures and facility policies
• and collaborate with nurses and team members.
