Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite on the west side of Cincinnati, OH, and pays $23–$25 per hour. The technician reports to the Property Manager and maintains tenant properties. The role helps preserve building condition and keep systems operating through preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and timely work-order communication. It also supports vacant-unit preparation and coordination with vendors on special projects.

• Maintain property interiors and exteriors

• communicate work-order status to the Property Manager
• assist with vendor bids for special projects.
