What you'll do

• Guide clients through vehicle maintenance and care
• listen to needs and explain service requirements
• coordinate pickup and delivery, mobile service dispatch, and loaner vehicles
• liaise with factory-trained master technicians
• provide proactive updates by phone, text, or email.
