What you'll do

• Assist attorneys with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases from intake through filing
• prepare and review petitions, schedules, statements, and supporting documents under attorney supervision
• gather and verify client financial information
• communicate with clients about documents, deadlines, appointments, and case updates
• maintain case files and track deadlines
• collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants.
