What you'll do

• Assist with program-space management and compliance with MSDE-OCC regulations and company policies
• welcome children, parents, and visitors
• help implement age-appropriate curriculum activities
• supervise children and use appropriate behavior-management techniques
• communicate with parents and the team
• maintain classroom cleanliness and safety
• identify program issues and work with the teacher or director to address them
• maintain annual certification requirements and continuing education credits.
