The director leads pre-opening sales and marketing to build awareness, referral relationships, and initial occupancy. The role develops sales strategy and pricing recommendations, coordinates with development, construction, and operations, and establishes sales systems and tour experiences for the community’s opening and ongoing operations.

What you'll do

• Lead pre-opening sales and marketing initiatives, market analysis, pricing recommendations, sales strategy, and pre-leasing goals
• cultivate referral and community relationships
• coordinate with development, construction, and operations
• develop sales systems, CRM processes, collateral, and tours
• track sales activity and manage the department budget.
