What you'll do

• Soak, steam, and roll grain to produce consistent flakes
• sample moisture and density to monitor quality
• monitor mill equipment and report needed repairs
• record moisture and weights
• assist with other work and mill-area cleaning as needed
• comply with safety rules and policies.
