Customer Service Associate

Job overview

The Customer Service Associate role is onsite in Shallotte, NC. Pay is $13–$19 per hour. The role supports Royal Farms store operations and customer satisfaction. While on duty, the Team Leader serves as the person in charge when a more senior manager is not present. The role coordinates shift operations, supports customer service and food programs, trains team members, and helps maintain safety, compliance, store conditions, and sales goals.

What you'll do

• Provide and coach outstanding customer service
• oversee shift operations when acting as Person in Charge
• perform POS transactions and vendor check-in
• uphold cash controls, safety, and company procedures
• train and coach team members
• support food and beverage ordering, production, quality, and safety
• maintain store cleanliness and report maintenance issues.
