The Breakfast Line Cook role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with a schedule of 5:30 AM to 12:30 PM, five days per week, and weekend availability required. Pay is $17 per hour. What you'll do

• Prepare made-to-order omelets, eggs, and griddle items
• cook, set up, and replenish the hot breakfast buffet
• follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines
• complete daily prep
• monitor and log food temperatures
• label, date, and rotate products
• interact professionally with guests
• adjust production for high-volume service
• clean and sanitize the station
• break down the line and store leftovers
• communicate stock, equipment, or guest concerns
• assist with receiving deliveries.
