What you'll do

- supervise and support care staff
- conduct resident assessments, medication reviews, and service-plan updates
- monitor health conditions and communicate changes
- coordinate with outside care agencies
- participate in move-in assessments and care conferences
- maintain compliant records
- oversee medication-management systems
- coordinate staffing, training, and schedules
- conduct rounds and quality audits
- support infection control, incident follow-up, and surveys
- supervise, coach, and evaluate care staff
- participate in leadership and quality assurance meetings.
