The Senior Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst / Information System Security Officer role is remote for offshore consultants supporting the Eastern Time zone. The role supports cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives by developing security documentation, assessing risks, validating evidence, and coordinating remediation. It contributes to client audit readiness and compliance with frameworks including NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and supporting documentation
• map policies to controls
• conduct risk assessments and prepare reports
• maintain risk registers
• develop and maintain System Security Plans
• validate control evidence and coordinate corrected artifacts
• support audit readiness and remediation tracking
• contribute to GRC methods and mentor junior team members.
