What you'll do

• Supervise daily structural concrete operations and crews
• plan concrete pours and coordinate manpower, equipment, deliveries, and pumps
• oversee formwork, reinforcing steel, and structural concrete installation
• interpret drawings and specifications
• coordinate with project stakeholders
• maintain schedules, productivity, quality inspections, safety procedures, and field records
• resolve construction issues
• lead daily meetings. May provide guidance or oversight to field foremen.
