What you'll do

• Drive HR initiatives
• develop, mentor, and monitor HR team members
• partner with managers and operational leaders on workforce challenges and employee relations
• guide corrective actions and performance improvement plans
• audit payroll documents
• oversee onboarding, training, and orientation
• conduct investigations as needed
• consult on staffing strategies
• analyze employee feedback and recommend policy or process changes
• support manufacturing safety and conflict resolution
• advise on labor standards and legal compliance
• maintain confidentiality.
