Maintenance Technician II, Resort (1st and 2nd Shifts)

The Maintenance Technician II role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ. Compensation is $19.50 per hour. The technician supports guest experiences at Wyndham Orange Tree Resort, part of Travel + Leisure Co.’s vacation ownership and travel membership business. The role maintains resort units and building systems so they remain in working order for guests. Through repairs, preventive maintenance, and inspections, the technician supports safe, reliable facilities and quality vacation stays.

What you'll do

• Apply intermediate facilities-maintenance knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and repairs
• maintain pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, and Jacuzzi tubs
• replace breakers, ballasts, switches, sockets, and other electrical fixtures
• troubleshoot potential electrical hazards
• complete preventive maintenance on systems such as HVAC
• repair interior walls, coverings, and ceilings
• inspect building systems and report deficiencies
• follow safety programs.
