IT Audit Manager — SOX Compliance

The IT Audit Manager — SOX Compliance role is onsite in Palo Alto, CA. The stated pay rate is $90–$95 per hour. The role supports execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program and works with internal stakeholders and external auditors. The manager assesses IT control design, tests operating effectiveness, and helps resolve identified issues. The work covers IT general and application controls, new-system risk assessment, audit documentation, and improvements to the SOX program.

What you'll do

• Assess IT risks in AI tools and recommend scoping and ITGC/ITAC design
• audit SailPoint identity governance workflows and validate synchronized data
• test ITGCs across logical access, change management, computer operations, and system development
• design and execute ITAC testing across financial systems
• lead or participate in system walkthroughs
• track deficiencies and validate remediation
• maintain AuditBoard work papers
• contribute to SOX process improvements and additional internal or operational audits as directed.
