The IT Systems Administrator role is onsite in Albuquerque, NM, with annual compensation of $67,698.93–$83,260.75. The position supports the Albuquerque Housing Authority’s technology infrastructure across multiple locations. The Authority’s work supports affordable housing opportunities and household success in the Albuquerque community. The role exists to maintain reliable systems and network operations and provide responsive technical support to staff. It administers servers, networks, cloud services, and enterprise applications, coordinates specialized vendor services, and contributes recommendations and operational support for technology planning, budgeting, and improvements.

What you'll do

• Administer servers, network infrastructure, cloud systems, Microsoft 365, Azure AD (Entra ID), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, storage, and virtualization environments
• monitor system performance and availability
• provide Tier 2/3 support
• install, configure, maintain, and upgrade technology
• coordinate cybersecurity and other vendor services
• support audits, compliance, vulnerability remediation, backup and recovery, and disaster recovery planning
• maintain documentation and inventories
• support deployments, patching, upgrades, procurement, budget tracking, and technology planning.
