What you'll do

• Supervise nurses and medical assistants in assigned departments
• oversee Employee Health and Infection Control programs
• monitor immunizations, TB screening, and employee health records
• administer and document vaccines, TB tests, and fit-testing
• manage employee exposures
• conduct infection control training, rounds, inspections, and audits
• oversee sterilization and disinfection monitoring
• lead the Infection Control Committee
• manage staffing and schedules
• conduct performance reviews and support professional development.
