What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer support. Partner with hiring managers, maintain job descriptions and ATS requisitions, and support onboarding. Serve as the onsite HR contact
• maintain employee records, assist with benefits inquiries, respond to employee questions, support performance management and employee relations documentation, and help maintain HR policies, reporting, and compliant workflows.
