What you'll do

• Contact customers by phone and in person to negotiate payment plans and resolve delinquent accounts
• collect on charged-off auto and powersports accounts and pursue recovery goals
• negotiate settlements within company guidelines
• use skip-tracing tools to locate customers and vehicles
• coordinate on bankruptcies, reaffirmations, and repossessions
• represent the company in Bankruptcy Court under manager guidance
• comply with applicable collection laws and company policies
• record account information and prepare collection correspondence.
