What you'll do

• Oversee operations and administration across Omaha residential facilities
• maintain consistent policies and quality standards
• oversee admissions, discharges, programming, transportation, and routine operations
• supervise Site Leads and Direct Support Professionals
• manage staffing schedules, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance
• ensure licensing and contractual compliance
• oversee records, incident reporting, inspections, audits, and emergency preparedness
• coordinate youth services with caseworkers, probation officers, families, and educational partners
• serve as primary after-hours on-call administrator.
