The Plant Operator role is onsite in Farmington, NM. Compensation is not specified. The position supports NAPI’s granary/pellet mill and bean plant operations. The operator helps keep production and facility equipment operating safely and reliably while supporting product quality, inventory accuracy, and timely shipments. The work spans equipment operation and maintenance, product inspection and packaging, and related records and safety checks.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor plant machinery and production equipment
• perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• document equipment work
• receive, record, and verify inventory
• inspect, sort, grade, weigh, and package products
• operate forklifts and move materials
• support loading and unloading
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• follow USDA quality and food-safety requirements.
