What you'll do

• Scrape and rinse dishes and wash them by hand or machine
• wash pots, pans, and trays
• polish silverware as assigned
• maintain dish-area order and safety
• monitor temperatures and chemical levels
• sweep and mop floors
• clean food-preparation surfaces
• remove trash
• transfer and help load or unload supplies.
