The Senior Estimator role is onsite in Peabody, MA. Pay is $125,000–$165,000 per year. American Construction Corporation’s estimating work supports its construction project pursuits and execution. The estimator develops accurate, competitive estimates and budgets throughout preconstruction, helping teams evaluate scope, cost, schedule, and risk. The role coordinates with clients, design partners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, while mentoring estimating staff and supporting business development.

What you'll do

• Lead conceptual through final estimates
• review plans and specifications
• perform quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and constructability reviews
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals
• identify risks and value-engineering options
• develop budgets, schedules, and pricing strategies
• lead estimate reviews and turnover meetings
• mentor estimators
• support proposals and client presentations.
