Field Service Technician, ATM

The Field Service Technician, ATM role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL, serving an assigned geographic territory. Compensation is $24 per hour. The technician installs, repairs, maintains, and updates ATMs and related products, helping customers meet service requirements and keep equipment operational. The role also supports preventive maintenance, inventory processes, customer training, and service reporting.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs or other products in the assigned territory
• train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks
• coordinate with support departments
• meet customer service-level agreements
• perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning
• manage spare parts and inventory
• complete administrative reports
• provide customer service
• maintain company property and follow security procedures
• perform on-call duty.

Why this role
