What you'll do

• Assess and monitor clients’ health, including vital signs
• administer prescribed medications, treatments, and injections
• collaborate with the healthcare team on care plans
• educate clients and families on health management
• complete monthly physical assessments as directed by management
• document progress and psychiatric notes and incidents occurring in the center.
