What you'll do

• Ensure staff and operations meet state regulations, company policies, and host-school requirements
• plan and lead activities in fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support
• track attendance and registration
• manage scheduling and staffing levels
• communicate with parents and caregivers through the Playground App
• share updates and address concerns with the direct report.
