What you'll do

• Load, unload, set up, and tear down equipment at mobile donor sites
• perform pre-donation screening, venipuncture, and post-venipuncture care according to standard operating procedures
• complete donor records accurately and promptly
• address non-routine situations and report them to a supervisor
• complete required continuing education and training
• maintain proficiency in phlebotomy procedures
• assist staff with workflow.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and six months of phlebotomy experience or an equivalent combination. A phlebotomy certificate is strongly preferred. A valid Texas driver’s license and good driving record are required; a CDL must be obtained within one year of employment.
