• Build and maintain client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• support customer satisfaction and retention
• communicate and solve problems for clients
• coordinate between clients and production teams
• maintain the Landscape Quality Audit process with the Production Manager
• prepare proposals, contracts, recommendations, and estimates
• prospect for clients and participate in or lead networking events
• promote sustainable solutions that meet client needs.
