Lead HVAC Installer

Job overview

The Lead HVAC Installer role is onsite in the Snoqualmie and North Bend area of Washington. Pay is $30–$55 per hour, depending on experience. The position is with a small, family-owned HVAC company known for fast, friendly service.

What you'll do

• Lead one full installation per day with a helper, managing the job from start to finish and installing the scheduled comfort equipment.
• Travel directly from home to the job site in a take-home company van, use FieldEdge on a company iPad and phone, and work from a stocked shop with a metal fabrication shop.
• Requires 3+ years of HVAC installation experience, EPA certification, a valid driver’s license, and metal fabrication skills.
