The Lead Teacher role is onsite in Manhattan Beach, CA, with compensation of $28–$32 per hour. Piper Preschool is a progressive preschool serving children from 24 months through pre-kindergarten. The teacher plans and implements learning experiences that support children’s intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development in a safe, healthy environment. The role also encourages family involvement and positive relationships across the preschool community.

What you'll do

• Plan and implement learning experiences for children ages 24 months to pre-kindergarten
• interact directly with children
• support their intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development
• encourage family involvement and positive relationships within the Piper community
• participate in professional development activities and community-based events
• collaborate to implement an emergent curriculum.
