What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
• obtain and record vital signs
• assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, and dressing
• assist with transfers and repositioning
• document resident interactions and care outcomes
• communicate changes in resident condition to the charge nurse
• assist with food preparation and dining
• provide housekeeping and laundry services
• participate in wellness and recreational programs.
