Janitorial Area Manager

The Janitorial Area Manager role is onsite in Alexandria, MN. Pay is $23–$26 per hour. The position supports ServiceMaster Clean’s work to create cleaner, healthier, and safer environments for customers and their students. The manager oversees and supports janitorial supervisors and staff, helping maintain service quality, staff readiness, supply availability, and strong customer relationships across accounts. The role may also fill in on account production when needed.

What you'll do

• Oversee, motivate, and work alongside janitorial supervisors and support staff
• coordinate communication with the Director of Operations, staff, and business partners
• assist with interviewing, reviewing, and hiring
• train new hires in-office and on accounts
• conduct follow-up staff visits and onsite inspections
• maintain and deliver supplies and equipment
• review inspections with staff
• maintain customer relationships
• fill in on accounts as needed.
