What you'll do

• Prepare production areas, conveyors, and equipment for sanitation
• remove food residue and debris
• disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment
• operate high-pressure water systems
• mix and apply cleaning chemicals according to procedures
• inspect equipment and surfaces
• perform fryer boil-outs and clean freezers and storage areas
• stage equipment
• operate pallet jacks
• follow GMP and HACCP standards and communicate equipment or safety concerns.
